Helping clients to find their way.

Advancing goals to accommplishments.

Welcome Friends,

As some of you may know Triangle Community Resources is quite proud to have been one of the first Service Providers in the Fraser Valley to recognize and respond to clients with multiple barriers to employment. Since 1998 Triangle Community Resources has provided unemployed multi-barriered British Columbians with life skills, career decision-making, job search skills, directed work-search, and one-to-one counselling services.

Through constant review of program content and service delivery methods we have been able to create highly effective programs and specialized services to intergrate and attach our clients to community and employment platforms. From inception, we have provided moderate to intensive front-line services for a diversified client base, successfully.

Over the years, we have successfully partnered with the Federal Government, the Provincial Government, local municipalities, First Nations Bands, educational institutions, employers; in addition to training and industry associations. We are committed to bringing top-notch linkages to individuals to succeed and move forward with their lives. In acknowledgment of this, we have received many letters of recognition for our ongoing support in the regions and communities we serve.

Triangle Community Resources is prepared and has scalable services in place to adapt to new government policy, administration, and service offerings; which will be consistent, and can be offered to all communities and regions, as requested and needed. Our performance is based on individual outcome, where our client becomes attached to employment and/or community systems to take them where they need to go.

Finally, Triangle takes serious pride in consistently being over target and under budget. Both financial monitors and activity monitors have shown the company to be well managed and financially responsible. To add to this, we have acquired the necessary specialized skills in dealing with this particular client group and only employ people that have a passion for working with such a group. Essentially, this has equated to our ability to integrate our services into the community, with long-term successful outcomes.
